Linda Orcutt attended the 6 April 2006 Planning Commission (PC) Work Session and took notes for our benefit. Information about normal business, Steve White’s attitude toward the Montrose County Master Plan and his “planning philosophy.” Major topics of conversation centered around Large Tract Exemption (”Aunt Jane” regulations) and Minor Subdivisions.
